• Represent the needs of ALL women, though in particular women from diverse and disadvantaged communities
• Facilitate cross community networking
• Deliver training and employment services
• Undertake, encourage and promote research and better understanding of women's issues
• Support and encourage inter-racial and inter-faith harmony in learning and working environments
